What can be done to stop it?

In our experience, employees want the discrimination to stop and for the discrimination to never happen again.

Sometimes making a report internally with the employer (if this method exists) or reporting to the Missouri Commission on Human Rights (state) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (federal) stops the discrimination and the discriminator will be held responsible.

However, legal action is often required.

Given each case is different, it is important to contact a qualified attorney to evaluate your case.
